Hehe, its certainly a skill and habit you have to get used to working on!
Nothing is memorized just by looking at it or saying it. We have to become mindful and present. When we do these things, and really focus… there's not much that we cannot do.
Do your best to become more present and when you really start focusing on remembering someone's name, and placing importance on it – it becomes much easier.
