Just the other day I met Sarah Honstein through Cory Michelle Johnson‘s Conscious 360 Networking group out of Denver Colorado.
The timing couldn’t have been more perfect!
I’d been stressed out of my mind from grad school and my upcoming finals this week – which was starting to take its’ toll on my physical body. My muscles were tense and my mind was continually geared into overdrive.
Sarah revealed to me that she was a certified massage therapist and she then offered her services to me! I jumped at the opportunity and a few days later she arrived at my house with her equipment and it was go time! How does it get any better than this? A professional massage had been on my “list” of InspirACTIONs since early last year and it had finally arrived! Yippee!
Time slipped by as I melted into the table while Sarah artistically performed her craft. After more than an hour on the table and our time was up, I felt like I’d come out of a dream!
My body was loose and ready to rock! What an amazing first ever massage for me!
